How to Prevent Acne and Acne Covered with Makeup

Foods rich in beta-carotene can help you maintain healthy skin, while riboflavin and vitamin B6 may reduce the secretion of excess fat and remove the tendency to pimples. Also, vitamin C can help prevent infection. Zinc is the mineral that is most favorable treatment. Consume seafood, poultry and lean meat to get it. Fill your fridge of fruit and vegetables rich in beta-carotene and vitamin C. And try not to eat chocolate, sweets, sugar and high-fat foods such as fried. Fruit juices can help detoxify the body by stimulating the kidneys besides providing vitamins and minerals you need the skin. Take them instead of carbonated beverages, are you not good at all.
Why leave the seeds?
The bacterial population irritates the skin and the pressure hormone testosterone stimulates the sebaceous gland, which secretes too much fat. Sebum composition changes and becomes a kind of wax with difficulty in going outside.
