Treatment
In a first attempt to solve the phimosis problem, the doctor may use special creams to soften the foreskin and shrink sessions. It is a condition peculiar to children. Most children born with phimosis, but during the first months of life it is disappearing. Their presence is considered normal until age two. Causes
It is considered that their origin is congenital (born with the problem), but many cases are caused due to ignorance by forcing the foreskin to its retraction. There is also a condition called paraphimosis solely due to inflammation of the foreskin, which has the same manifestations and treatment of phimosis.
Events
In young children the parents or pediatrician are the first to notice the problem. In older children referred pain and effort on urination and inflammation of the foreskin because of the difficulty to remove urine. It is possible that the child has on their genitals and smelly discharge due to repeated infections. In adults apart from the problems in maintaining proper hygiene, which causes frequent infections, is discomfort and difficulty urinating sex rewarding.
